These potatoes are so easy to make I bake them the same time I Roast my meat. Better then any box ones and very YUMMY!

Ingredients For home spun scolloped potatoes

1 pkg(8oz pkg.) cream cheese

1 1/4 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper

4 cthinly sliced potatoes

2 Tbspchopped chives or dried minced onions
How To Make home spun scolloped potatoes

1In a large sauce pan Combine the cream cheese , milk , salt and pepper. Stir over LOW heat until smooth.

2Add the potatoes and onions or chives and mix Lightly.

3Spoon into a 1-1/2 QT. baking dish.

4Cover and Bake @ 350 deg. for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

5Stir before serving.
