These potatoes are so easy to make I bake them the same time I Roast my meat. Better then any box ones and very YUMMY!

Ingredients For home spun scolloped potatoes

  • 1 pkg
    (8oz pkg.) cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 4 c
    thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped chives or dried minced onions

How To Make home spun scolloped potatoes

    In a large sauce pan Combine the cream cheese , milk , salt and pepper. Stir over LOW heat until smooth.

    Add the potatoes and onions or chives and mix Lightly.

    Spoon into a 1-1/2 QT. baking dish.
  • 4
    Cover and Bake @ 350 deg. for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

    Stir before serving.
