Ingredients For herbed potato wedges

  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 3 md
    potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried basil, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion flakes
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic pepper

How To Make herbed potato wedges

  • 1
    Preheat broiler. Meanwhile, place margarine in a 13X9 pan. Place pan under preheating broiler to melt margarine.
  • 2
    Cut scrubbed potatoes into 8 wedges. Stir basil, onion, and garlic pepper into melted margarine.
  • 3
    Add potato wedges; stir to coat. Place pan of potato wedges 3 inches from heat. Broil for 5 minutes each side.
