Ingredients For herbed potato wedges

4potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths lengthwise

1/2 cbutter

4 ozparmesan cheese

freshly ground black pepper to taste

1/2 tsprosemary, dried

1/2 tspparsley flakes
-
1/2 tspthyme, dried
-
kosher salt to taste

2 Tbspsnipped chives
-
1 csour cream
How To Make herbed potato wedges

1Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Melt butter in a large, shallow baking dish while oven is heating.

2Arrange potatoes in a single layer over the butter. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs and seasonings.

3Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and baste with butter. Return to oven and bake until tender (about 20-30 minutes longer).

4Mix sour cream and chives. Serve on the side.
