Ingredients For herbed mashed potatoes

6-7large baking potatoes

milk or cream

6 Tbspbutter

1 tspdried parsley

1 tspdried thyme

1 tspdried marjoram

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make herbed mashed potatoes

1Peel potatoes and cook in boiling water (with a couple of teaspoons salt) until done.

2When done, drain the potatoes and mash them, using a hand mixer.

3Add all the herbs, a little salt and pepper to taste, the butter, and just enough milk to create the texture you like best.

4Pour mashed potatoes into baking dish, and bake at 350, covered, for about 45 minutes.
