    small potatoes, washed and cut in half
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 tsp
    fresh thyme, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    whole grain mustard

How To Make herb roasted potatoes with whole grain mustard

    Preheat oven 400 degrees F.

    Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet.

    Sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix the olive oil and mustard together and drizzle over the potatoes.
