Ingredients For herb garlic red potatoes

  • 15
    small red potatoes, apprx. 2 lbs.
  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    dried or fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    chives, minced (dried or fresh)
  • 1 tsp
    dried tarragon
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 5 slice
    bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make herb garlic red potatoes

    cut the potatoes in half and place in a saucepan; cover with water and bring to boil. Cook until tender, approximately 15 minutes and drain well

    In a large skillet, fry bacon until brown on both sides, remove from skillet and drain on paper towels. Drain all but about 2 tablespoons of the bacon grease out of the skillet, Crumble bacon and add to skillet along with all remaining ingredients. Add potatoes to skillet and cook until heated through and potatoes are coated with butter and herb mixture. Serve warm.
