Ingredients For healthy cheesy potatoes

    10-3/4 oz can reduced fat, condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    30-32 oz pkg frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    cornflakes cereal, crushed

How To Make healthy cheesy potatoes

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper.

    Stir in potatoes. Spread mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 45 mins. Stir potatoes and sprinkle w/ crushed cornflakes.
