110-3/4 oz can reduced fat, condensed cream of chicken soup

1 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cfat-free milk

1/2 clight sour cream
-
1/3 cfinely chopped onion

1/2 tsppepper
-
130-32 oz pkg frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

1/2 ccornflakes cereal, crushed
How To Make healthy cheesy potatoes

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper.

2Stir in potatoes. Spread mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 45 mins. Stir potatoes and sprinkle w/ crushed cornflakes.

3Bake 20 mins or until bubbly.
