Ingredients For hashbrown casserole

  • 2 can
    condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 lb
    frozen shreded hash browns
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make hashbrown casserole

    In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and garlic powder. Add potatoes and cheddar cheese, mix well.

    Place into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
