40 ozhash brown potatoes, frozen

2 ccream of chicken soup, fat-free

2 cmilk, skim
-
16 ozmexican blend shredded cheese
-
16 ozsour cream, fat-free

1/2 cbutter, melted
-
4 Tbsponion, chopped
-
1 clovegarlic, chopped/minced
How To Make hashbrown casserole

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Thoroughly combine all ingredients except hash browns.

3Place hashbrowns in a greased 4 qt. baking dish.

4Add wet mixture to hashbrowns and stir until well mixed.

5Bake at 375 covered for 1 hour.
