Ingredients For hashbrown casserole

  • 2 lb
    frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • TOPPING
  • 2 c
    crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter

How To Make hashbrown casserole

  • 1
    Mix eveything together but the topping ingredients. Put in a greased 9x13 pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
