Can't keep this one ... they gobble it up fast. Great for breakfast or lunch or dinner as a side dish ..... maybe you should make two!!

Ingredients For hashbrown casserole

  • 1
    bag frozen hashbrown potatoes
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 12 oz
    sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make hashbrown casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a shallow casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  • 2
    Layer in each ingredient.... and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
