Can't keep this one ... they gobble it up fast. Great for breakfast or lunch or dinner as a side dish ..... maybe you should make two!!

1bag frozen hashbrown potatoes

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 conion, chopped

12 ozsour cream

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper
How To Make hashbrown casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a shallow casserole dish with non-stick spray.

2Layer in each ingredient.... and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
