Ingredients For hashbrown casserole

  • 2 lb
    frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick
    melted butter (split in half)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs (or corn flakes)

How To Make hashbrown casserole

  • 1
    Thaw potatoes and place in large bowl. In another bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, 1/4 cup melted butter and onions. Pour over potatoes. Add cheese and mix well. Place in a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix crumbs and remaining melted butter and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees
