In my family we make this every Christmas to go with our honey baked ham. I love it anytime of the year though.

Ingredients For hashbrown caserole

1 pkgdice hashbrowns, frozen

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 pt(or 2 cups) sour cream

2 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1small onion, chopped
How To Make hashbrown caserole

1In large bowl put hashbrowns, onion and 2 cups of cheese.

2In a small bowl mix together cream of chicken soup and sour cream.

3Pour sour cream mixture over hashbrown mixture and stir until completely mixed.

4Put all of this in a 9 x 13 baking pan and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheese over the top.

5Bake at 350 degrees 40 - 45 minutes or until the potaotoes are soft.
