1 bag(32 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed

1 can(10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1/4 cchopped onion

2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cmelted butter

salt and pepper, to taste

1Coat the liner of a 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

2In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and combine well. Pour into prepared slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.

3Casserole will form a crusty sides and creamy center.
