Ingredients For hash brown casserole

  • 6 lg
    eggs, well beaten
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pkg
    (30 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1 sm
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 - 2 c
    diced ham (optional)

How To Make hash brown casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Combine eggs, milk, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, onion, bell pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

    Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
