We like breakfast for dinner! Here's a casserole that's good any time of the day!!!

Ingredients For hash brown casserole

6 lgeggs, well beaten

1 canevaporated milk
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 pkg(30 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes

2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 mdonion, chopped
-
1 smgreen pepper, chopped

1 - 2 cdiced ham (optional)
How To Make hash brown casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish.

2Combine eggs, milk, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, onion, bell pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

3Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
