Ingredients For hash brown casserole

2 lbs. lbfrozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

3/4 cbutter, melted, divided

1 tspsalt

1 dashpepper to taste

1 cancream of chicken soup

2 cshredded cheddar chesse

2 cclub crackers, crushed
How To Make hash brown casserole

1Stir potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, soup and cheese in bowl

2Pour potato mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with crumbs and remaining melted butter. Bake uncovered in preheated 325°F oven for 1 hour.

3SOME OPTIONS I have added left over ham, or turkey to this and it becomes A nice easy lunch or supper with a toss salad. This also works just fine in a crock pot. Cook on low about 2 hrs hold onto the crumbs and top with more cheese .
