This is a very delicious, easy to make casserole that feeds a large crowd. It tastes like potatoes au gratin.

Ingredients For hash brown casserole

2 lbfrozen hash browns, thawed

1/2 tspsalt

2 csour cream
-
1/2 tsppepper

1/2 cbutter, melted

1 cancream of chicken soup, undiluted

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 conion, chopped
- TOPPING
-
2 ccrushed corn flakes
-
1/4 cmelted butter
How To Make hash brown casserole

1Stir all ingredients (except topping) in a large bowl. Pour into a 3 quart casserole dish.

2Mix corn flakes and melted butter. Put the topping over the potatoes.

3Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 1 hour.
