Ingredients For hash brown casserole

2 lbFrozen hash browns

2 cChedder cheese, Grated

2 cCubed cooked ham

1 cSour cream
-
1 canCream of mushroom soup

1/2 cDiced onions

2 tspGarlic powder

3/4 tspFresh ground pepper

1/2 tspKosher salt
-
1/2 cMelted butter
-
1Chopped green bell pepper
-
2 cCorn Flakes, crushed

1 canDiced green chilies
How To Make hash brown casserole

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2In a large bowl mix all ingredients except 1 cup of the cheese and corn flakes.

3Pour mixture into a 3 quart glass casserole dish, spread evenly around dish.

4Top with remaining cheese.

5Take the crushed corn flakes and spread over the hash brown mixture.

6Drizzle melted butter over corn flakes

7Place in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. When finished allow to cool a little bit before serving.
