Ingredients For hash brown casserole

  • 1 pkg
    frozen hashbrown potatoes (32oz)
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    onions (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 c
    margarine (melted)
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 5 c
    cornflakes

How To Make hash brown casserole

  • 1
    Mix the potatoes, onions, cheese, sour cream, soup and half of the margarine. Remaining margarine you will combine with the corn flakes(before crushing them). This is your topping mixture.

    Put main mixture into a glass baking dish and cover with the topping mixture. Bake for 1 hour in oven at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
