    ham (cut into bite sized cubes) cooked
  • 3 c
    potatoes, diced, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 sm
    onions, small white
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 4 Tbsp
    margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • pam nonstick spray
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded mild

    GREASE PAN WITH PAM OR MARGARINE.LAYER HAM AND POTATOES IN A SHALLOW 1-1/2 QUART BAKING DISH.

    MELT MARGERINE IN SAUCEPAN ADD ONION COOK UNTIL GOLDEN.BLEND IN FLOUR AND MILK GRADUALLY STIRRING UNTIL THINK, SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER.

    POUR OVER HAM AND POTATOES. SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE AND BREAD CRUMBS. DOT WITH REMAINING MARGARINE BAKE AT 400* FOR 20 MIN.
