We grilled the potatoes on low heat for 25 minutes.

1Cut potatoes into chunks and microwave for 3 minutes to soften.

2Put into heavy aluminum foil.

3Add your melted butter, basil, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.

4Wrap tightly and place on the grill for about 15 minutes (no need to turn) or until potatoes are cooked. Serve and enjoy!
