My grandfather makes these delicious sweet potato fries. I was lucky enough for him to share the recipe with me.

Skip buying frozen sweet potato fries because they can easily be made at home. Once baked, they're tender yet slightly crispy. With a hint of cinnamon and a touch of salt, they're a healthier side dish.

Ingredients For grandpa's sweet potato fries

  • 1 1/2 lb
    sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp
    Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil

How To Make grandpa's sweet potato fries

  • Rinse and peel the sweet potatoes.

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Rinse and peel the sweet potatoes.
  • Cut the sweet potatoes into 1/4
