grandpa's sweet potato fries

My grandfather makes these delicious sweet potato fries. I was lucky enough for him to share the recipe with me.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Skip buying frozen sweet potato fries because they can easily be made at home. Once baked, they're tender yet slightly crispy. With a hint of cinnamon and a touch of salt, they're a healthier side dish.
