1-2 cups brown sugar. remember. if u r diabetic, u can sub splendas brown sugar instead of reg. brown sugar

1 large foil pan sprayed with pam

pre-heat oven to 350

1HEAT YAMS TIL HOT. DRAIN. PLACE N LARGE BOWL. MASH WELL WITH POTATOE MASHER.

2ADD BROWN SUGAR. AND POUR INTO FOIL PAN SPRAYED WITH PAM.

3PUT MINI MARSHMALLOWS ON TOP IN EVEN ROWS.

4PLACE N PRE-HEATED OVEN TIL MINI MASHMALLOWS R LITELY TOASTED.
