2/3 cmilk

2 Tbspbutter

1/2 ccrumbled gorgonzola

4 mdgreen onions, sliced

1/2 tspsalt and pepper
How To Make gorgonzola twice-baked potatoes with bacon

1Heat oven to 375. Clean potatoes, but do not peel. Pierce with fork. Place on rack and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let stand until cool enough to handle.

2Cook bacon over medium heat 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp.

3Cut each potato lengthwise and scoop out inside. Leaving a thin shell. Mash potatoes, milk and butter until no lumps. Sir in cheese, green onions and salt and pepper. Fill potato shells with mashed mixture, place on un-greased cookie sheet. Crumble bacon onto potatoes.

4Bake 20 miutes or until hot.
