Ingredients For thanksgiving gorganzola mashed potatoes

6-8yukkon gold potatoes (don't have to peel)

1/4 qtheavy cream
-
1 lbeuropean butter (paluga, land of lakes) heavy butter fat content (no margarine or vegan butter)

1small tub of gorgonzola
How To Make thanksgiving gorganzola mashed potatoes

1Cut potatoes up and boil till soft, Mash them up. Put Gorgonzola cheese in potatoes. In a different small pot put in Heavy cream and butter (cut up into small pieces) until butter is melted (make sure heat is on LOW and stir a lot so it doesn’t burn). Once it’s all mixed together, slowly pour mixture into potatoes until you have the right consistency. The Gorgonzola should be all melted by then.
