The light coating gets crispy fried in the butter. My husband loves potatoes this way better than just fried potatoes in oil.

  • 3/4 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 4 md
    potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2
  • 1/2 c
    butter

    In a large re-sealable bag combine first 5 ingredients. Add 1/2 cup potatoes at a time; shake to coat.

    In a large skillet, melt butter. Add potatoes; cook and stir over medium heat 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
