Ingredients For ginger's twice baked mashed potatoes

2 cleftover mashed potatoes

1/2 - 1 cfat - free sour cream

2 cshredded cheddar cheese, divided

dashgarlic powder

dashsalt and pepper

2 Tbspbutter

4-6 sliceleftover cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
How To Make ginger's twice baked mashed potatoes

1Mix the potatoes, sour cream, a handful of the cheese, seasonings, and bacon (optional) together to combine. Spread into an 8 x 8 buttered casserole, top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 about 30 min. (if ingredients are really cold when putting in oven it may take a few extra mins.)
