Ingredients For german potato salad

6 mediumrusset potatoes

1 largeyellow onions

8 ozbacon diced

2 Tbspall purpose flour

2 Tbspgranulated sugar

1 tspprepared mustard

3/4 tspsalt

3/4 tspblack pepper

1/2 capple cider vinegar

1/2 cwater
How To Make german potato salad

1Peel and cube potato's into 3/4 " cubes and boil until soft

2rough chop onion and cut bacon into 1/2" sliced

3Sauté bacon and onion until translucent

4add flour, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, water and vinegar,
-
5sauté about 5 minutes until thick and flour cooks.

6add cooked potato's and stir to incorporate sauce. Continue to cook about 5 more minutes and serve hot
