Ingredients For garlic rosemary mashed potatoes

2 lbrusset or idaho potatoes, peeled and quarted

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspcrushed rosemary leaves

1/4 tspground black pepper
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/4 c(1/2 stick) butter, cut into chunks

1 tspparsley flakes
How To Make garlic rosemary mashed potatoes

1Place potatoes in medium saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain and reutrn potatoes to saucepan.

2Sprinkle with salt, galic powder, rosemary and pepper. Mash with potato masher, gradually adding milk, then butter. Stir in parsley.
