Ingredients For garlic parmesan mashed potatoes

2 cshredded parmesan cheese,divided

1 Tbspolive oil

1 lgvidalia onion,peeled and chopped

3/4 cgrated romano cheese

1 Tbspsteak seasoning

6large russet potatoes,peeled and quartered

8 ozcream cheese,softened
-
1 bottlegarlic parmesan sauce
-
1 cheavy cream
-
3 lgeggs
-
2 tspgarlic pepper
How To Make garlic parmesan mashed potatoes

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.Add 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese.

3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add chopped vidalia onion,saute for 5 minutes until browned.Stir in grated romano cheese and steak seasoning.Remove from heat and set aside.

4Place potatoes in a large saucepan;filled with water.Cover and bring to a boil.Cook for 25 minutes or until very tender;drain well.

5In a large bowl,mash potatoes.Add cream cheese,garlic parmesan sauce,heavy cream,sauteed vidalia onion,eggs and garlic pepper;beat until fluffy.

6Transfer into a prepared baking dish.Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until heated through.Sprinkle with remaining shredded parmesan cheese.
