    red potatoes, quartered
  • 6 clove
    garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    milk, warmed
  • 1/4 tsp
    each, salt and pepper
  • 2/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley

    Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water to cover until tender, 15-20 min. Drain and mash. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper and mix well. Stir in cheese. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
