2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

2 sprigchopped green onions (optional)
How To Make garlic & herb potatoes

1*PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 F *CUT EACH POTATO INTO QUARTERS. PLACE IN AN UNGREASED 8 INCH (OR WHATEVER PAN YOU HAVE) SQUARE BAKING DISH *COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL. MIX WELL. POUR OVER THE POTATOES AND STIR WELL. BAKE UNTIL THE POTATOES ARE TENDER, 20-25 MINUTES. SERVE!
