Ingredients For funeral potatoes

  • 1 lg
    frozen bag shredded hash brown potatoes (raw)
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, tops only, sliced
  • 2-2 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted
  • bread crumbs, corn flakes or potato chips

How To Make funeral potatoes

  • 1
    Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, then put into a 9x13 pan.
  • 2
    Combine your choice of topping (bread crumbs, corn flakes or potato chips) with melted butter. Top potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
