Ingredients For frybakers

1/4 colive oil

1 mdonion, minced
-
2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 tspdried dillweed
-
1/2 tspdried rosemary
-
1/2 tspdried thyme
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspfresh ground black pepper

6 mdscrubbed baking potatoes, halved lengthwise

3-4 dasholive oil to drizzle tops of potatoes
How To Make frybakers

1Drizzle olive oil on the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.

2In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, onion, dried dill weed, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over the bottom of the baking pan. Set aside.

3Place the potatoes, cut side down, in prepared pan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.

4Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
