1 1/4 lbrusset potatoes, scrubbed and skin on

1 Tbspolive oil

1 tspsea salt

1 1/2 tspsumac, or to taste
How To Make fries seasoned with sumac

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1/4 x 3-inch sticks. In a bowl, toss with oil and salt.

2Spread out fries, on parchment-lined baking sheets, so they are not overlapping and bake them for 25 -30 minutes.

3Remove fries from oven, carefully turn each one over and rotate sheet positions in the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes until fries are crispy and a deep golden brown. Remove from oven; sprinkle with sumac.
