A yummy side for any kind of meat! You can adjust this to meet to how many people you are serving. I only serve for 4, but you could add more of everything for more people.

Ingredients For fried potatoes

    russet potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1
    small onion sliced
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make fried potatoes

    Start by slicing washed potatoes into thin circles. I like to leave the skin on, you could peel if you prefer. Slice the onion into thin rings, and then chop in half.

    In a large skillet, add butter and melt. Add the potatoes and onions, coating with all the butter. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Cover and cook until potatoes are soft and slightly browned. Be careful not to burn, and use a spatula to turn to keep the shape of the potatoes. Enjoy!
