Ingredients For fried potatoes for one

  • 1 md
    idaho or russet potato
  • 4 Tbsp
    cooking oil of your choice.
  • dash
    salt and pepper

How To Make fried potatoes for one

    Wash, peel and rinse one medium potato. Slice into thin slices.
  • 2
    Add oil to frying pan heat to medium heat. Add potatoes. Be careful you may get splatters of hot oil popping from any water on the potatoes.

    Add dashes of Salt and Pepper at this time. Let fry for a few minutes then add lid. Fry for about 10 minutes or so. Then turn the potatoes and add more S&P if you want. Cover with lid slightly tilted. Fry until tender and somewhat crispy to your liking.
