Ingredients For homemade hash browns

1 Tbspgrapeseed oil

1 smyellow onion, grated

1 mdpotatoe, peeled and grated (any type)

1 1/2 cmontasio cheese, shredded

salt and pepper, taste

1 pinchgarlic (optional)
How To Make homemade hash browns

1Heat olive oil. Add onion and potato. Cook until they begin to brown.

2Evenly spread the shredded cheese over the mix - softly blend into the mixture. Continue to cook until the frico sets up.

3Flip the frico and cook on the other side until the frico sets up again. Cook until a nice golden brown.
