I have a fresh herb garden and always love to infuse the fresh flavors of my herbs into my cooking. This is an easy way to get the flavor into a great potato side dish.

3 lgrusset potatoes peeled and sliced

4 stalkfresh chives

4 clovegarlic minced

3 sprigfresh thyme

3 sprigfresh rosemary

3 Tbspolive oil

kosher salt
How To Make fresh herbed roasted potatoes

1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the rounds of potatoes in a single layer. Throw the garlic and fresh herbs over the top of the potatoes.

2Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes then flip the potatoes and bake 10 more minutes.

3Remove and discard the herbs and serve.
