- 1 package instant mashed potatoes (enough for 4 servings)
- 1/3 cup pancake mix
- 1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon finely snipped parsley
How To Make french fried potato puffs

Step 1Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Add pancake mix, onion soup mix, and parsley.

Step 2Drop from tablespoon, a few at a time, into deep, hot fat (365F degrees).

Step 3Fry until golden brown, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides. Drain on absorbent paper toweling.
