Ingredients For french fried potato puffs

  • 1 pkg
    instant mashed potatoes (enough for 4 servings)
  • 1/3 c
    pancake mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp
    finely snipped parsley

How To Make french fried potato puffs

  • 1
    Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Add pancake mix, onion soup mix, and parsley.

    Drop from tablespoon, a few at a time, into deep, hot fat (365F degrees).

    Fry until golden brown, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides. Drain on absorbent paper toweling.
