Ingredients For easy scalloped potatoes

1 cancambells cream of chicken soup
-
4 lgidaho potatoes, sliced thinly

1 1/2 Tbspbutter
-
3/4 - 1 canevaporated milk
-
1/2 canwater
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1 tspsalt. or more if needs it

1/2 tsppepper
How To Make easy scalloped potatoes

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Mix milk, water, salt, pepper and soup in a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Then whisk again making sure is smooth.
Add chopped onion -
3Peel and slice potatoes 1/4 inch thick (slice evenly so they bake evenly).
Mix the sauce with the potatoes and pour into a greased 2 or 3 quart baking dish.
Bake for about an hour or until potatoes easily break apart with a fork.
