This is an easy recipe to put together after you have cooked the potatoes. Very tasty !

Ingredients For easy potato casserole

  • 4 c
    potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1 c
    yogurt, plain
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1/2 c
    green olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • cooking oil spray

How To Make easy potato casserole

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking oil spray.

    Bake at 350' for 30 minutes. Enjoy !
