    envelope onion (or any flavor) dry soup mix
  • 2 lb
    potatoes cut into large chunks
  • 1/3 c
    olive or vegetable oil

How To Make easy oven roasted potatoes

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large plast bag, add all ingredients and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty into a shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake 4o minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden brown.
