I like to bring this on our RV'ing trips, because I can let the potatoes cook in the crock pot while we head off for some exploring or to spend the day at the park, and we have tasty ranch potatoes to go with our dinner when we get back. When I make them for our daughter's horse shows, I put out a large container of bacon bits for those who want them (almost everyone likes the added bacon sprinkled on top, but I prefer them without bacon).

Ingredients For easy crock pot ranch potatoes

  • 3 lb
    baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 (10-oz) can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup
    sour cream
  • 1 (1-oz) pkg
    ranch dressing/dip mix
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make easy crock pot ranch potatoes

    Place ingredients in crock pot. Stir with a wooden spoon until ingredients are thoroughly combined.

    Place lid on crock pot, set to Low and cook for 6 hours.
