Ingredients For easy chessey ranch scalloped potaotes

  • 3 lg
    potatoes sliced thin
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    self rising flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    ranch dressing
  • 1/2 stick
    butter or margrine
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make easy chessey ranch scalloped potaotes

    In a greased casserole bowl Add a thin layer of potatoes sprinkle with salt and pepper and some of the flour and then pat with 2 pats of butter and a teaspoon of the cheese.

    Continue with the layers until all the potaotes and cheese and the butter is used up. Mix the milk and ranch dressing in a small bowl and pour over the potaotes making sure they are covered well.(If needed you can add more milk and ranch dressing.

    Sprinkle with a little parmsean cheese on top . Bake at 350* until the potaotes are tender and golden.Enjoy!
