So easy to make. Creamy, cheesy and yummy! This is great for breakfast, but also goes well with some dinner recipes, like baked herbed chicken.

Ingredients For easy, cheesy potato bake

12 lb bag refigerated shredded hashbrown potatoes

2 clight sour cream
-
2 creduced fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, plus 1/2 cup cheese for topping

2 canlow-fat cream of chicken soup

1 bunchgreen onions, sliced

2 ccrushed cornflakes
How To Make easy, cheesy potato bake

1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine sour cream, 2 cups cheese, soup and onions, Mix well.

2Add hashbrowns and mix well. In another bowl, mix remaining cheese w/ crushed cornflakes. Spoon potato mix into casserole dish. Cover, bake 40 mins.

3Remove from oven, sprinkle cornflake mix evenly over top of casserole. Bake, uncovered 15 mis, or until top of casserole is browned lightly.
