Ingredients For dutch pot pie

3eggs

parsley, fresh minced

1potato
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
3 cflour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 ccream
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1 Tbspbutter, melted

butter
How To Make dutch pot pie

1Beat eggs, add milk, cream, soda, salt and melted butter.

2Mix well.

3Gradually add flour until dough is stiff enough to roll.

4(May require up to 4 cups).

5Roll on floured board and line a cooking kettle with the dough.

6Place a large piece of butter in bottom of kettle and add peeled and quartered potatoes alternately with small pieces of the dough.

7The top layer should be potatoes.

8Sprinkle with salt, pepper and minced parsley.

9Dot with butter.

10Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups water.

11Bake at 350 about 3 hours.
