Ingredients For dutch oven potatoes.

  • 1 lb
    bacon, cut up
  • 12 md
    potatoes,peeled and sliced
  • 16 oz
    mushrooms, fresh,sliced
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 can
    beer
  • 1 can
    mushroom soup (optional)
  • 2 lg
    onions,chopped

How To Make dutch oven potatoes.

    In a large cast iron dutch oven. Over med-high heat fry bacon,till chrisp. And onions and mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 min. Add potatoes.Cook till they start to brown. Add beer,cover and cook for abought 45 min Check 1/2 way through, you may need to add some beer.

    After 45 min. Uncover add soup,stir and mix well. Cover and cook 10 min. Uncover sprinkle cheese over top,cover cook 5 min or till cheese melts. Serve hot with pork or beef...
