While at work with my co-worker who is from India..was asked to try these potatoes. I am not one who likes to try unfamiliar foods. However I tried these potatoes and now I cannot get enough of them...they are a bit spicy but delicious.

Ingredients For dixita potatoes

1 cchick pea flour
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
pinchsalt
-
2 tsplemon juice
-
1/2 tspfresh grated ginger (dried can be used)

2green chili's - chopped
-
1/4 cwater
-
3 - 4russet potatoes
How To Make dixita potatoes

1Mix all ingredients EXCEPT for the water and Potatoes

2Peel Potatoes and slice - THICK

3Add a little water at a time to the ingredient mixture in step 1...add more water until nice and thick but smooth like a batter. Dip potatoes into batter and fry until golden brown
