Yeah...I know...hmmmm...will this really be good? Yes...just made them. They aren't mustardy tasting, it just adds a nice flavor. Some of the best mashed potatoes I've ever had. Found this recipe on Food Network

Ingredients For dijon mashed potatoes

1 lbyukon gold potatoes

salt to taste

1/2 cmilk or half & half (half & half makes them creamier

2 Tbspunsalted butter
-
1 pinchground nutmeg

1 Tbspwhole grain dijon mustard

freshly ground pepper, to taste
How To Make dijon mashed potatoes

1Fill large saucepan halfway with water. Bring to a boil. Add salt.

2While waiting for water to boil, peel and slice potatoes. Add to water.

3Cook about 15 minutes and drain when done. Put back in pan, add milk, butter and nutmeg. Mash until smooth. Add mustard. Mix well. Add salt & pepper if needed, to taste
